• Encouraged a love of dance, movement, and music in students

• Instilled an appreciation and respect of dance to hesitant male students

DANCE HISTORY

As a dancer I performed and competed from 1996 – 2004. At Brigham Young University I was a member of the Ballroom Dance Company and continued to dance as an individual competitor in the National Championships.

As an instructor I have choreographed and taught multiple routines in more than 15 style of dance. With each class I have brought excitement, fun, and energy for each student of all ages and abilities!

ACCOMPLSHMENTS

I am a proud wife, and mother of three beautiful children.

I graduated with a BA from Brigham Young University (Provo, UT) in April 2006.

I love to dance and find such delight and excitement in teaching!

I enjoy instructing all age groups and have worked with students ages six through seventy.

I am currently teaching ZUMBA 6 times a week and love it!

What is a ZUMBA Party?
Imagine the excitement and energy of a dance club coupled with a killer 2-hour workout... that’s a ZUMBA Party! Come experience loud and fun music with our DJ, clapping, cheering, high-energy, and bodies dancing to the beat!

Women, Men and Teens – Come and Party Yourself into Shape! Kids – Come bounce, climb and slide at the CRUSH ZONE (4yrs and under need parent supervision).

How much does it cost?
Only $10 for a 2 hour PARTY!
- Get $1 off for each friend you bring!

Only $5 per child for CRUSH ZONE (regularly $12) SUPER-FUN Bounce Houses for the kids!

ZUMBA PARTY!

ZUMBA fitness DANCE PARTY!

- When: Friday Novemeber 18th from 7:00-9:00pm

- Where: Cabernet Indoor Sports - 6474 Patterson Pass Road, Livermore CA 94550

- How Much: It's only $10 for 2 hours... it's going to be a BLAST!

- Who: Calling all Women, Men, Teens and Kids!

- - - KIDS: Cabernet has their HUGE bounce houses called THE CRUSH ZONE and are only charging $5 per child (usually $12) for unlimited play during the ZUMBA Party! FUN! 4yrs and under need parent supervision, but 5yrs and up can run free (Cabernet has a host/worker there supervising)!

- - - TEENS: We know you can dance... come show us your stuff! Or if you would rather hang in the CRUSH ZONE you can do that!

- - - MEN & WOMEN: Guys/Husbands/Boyfriends.... we want you too! Hang out and watch a live soccer game, play with the kids in the CRUSH ZONE, and learn some new dance moves! ZUMBA is seriously for everyone... come try it out (and yes, there are other men who are attending!)!

- What is ZUMBA? Zumba Fitness® is an easy-to-follow dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and other international music and movements to create fun and exciting fitness! The time will fly by as you dance to the classic Latin rhythms of Cumbia, Meringue, Salsa, and Reggaeton, as well as many other bold beats like Hip Hop, Swing, Samba, and more. If you love up-beat music, having fun, and want to let-go and just dance (while burning 500-800 calories)… then ZUMBA is for YOU!

- Who can ZUMBA? Everyone! All movement can be easily modified to accommodate every age and ability! Our classes have included youthful 13 year olds up to seasoned 70 year olds!
